I love Curves and yes I think it's worth the money. If you order certain Curves items in Avon they will give you a 2 week Curves pass and what better way to see if you like it? there is also a Curves forum on the net if you would like to read about it. You can also go into your local Curves and look around. To be honest with you there was about 6 months off and on that I didn't get to go to Curves but I did continue eating healthy which is the key. I know I will never be able to eat candy bars and cakes simply because I can't stop and then the next day I'll think I ate like that yesterday so I may as well do it again today then before you know it your back to your old ways of eating and your 10 or more heavy.
