I love Curves and yes I think it's worth the money. If you order certain Curves items in Avon they will give you a 2 weeks Curves pass and what better way to see if you like it. There is also a Curves forum on the net if you would like to read about it. You can also go into your local Curves and look around. To be honest with you there was about 6 months off and on that I didn't get to go workout but I did continue eating healthy which is the key. I know I will never be able to eat a candy bar and cakes simply because I know I can't stop at just one. The next day I'll think I ate like that yesterday so I may as well do it again today and before you know it your back up 10 lbs. Just because it says sugar free does not mean it's not loaded with calories...hitting my head duh. yep that was me. it's sugar free so I can eat it. Well maybe a little but watch those calories. I did gain some weigh over Christmas and now I'm trying to take it off again.
