Trying to keep in touch
I've been ate better this week and have lost 4 of the lbs I put back on and hopefully the rest will come off without soon. I have worked out twice this week and if nothing happens I'm going to do my 3rd workout this today and that will take care of it for the week. I'm going back on midnights starting next Wednesday until the first of May so I should get ll 3 workouts in then. Sometimes it's really hard for me to get three days in.
