Starting over
I started phase 1 of the South Beach diet over Monday and so far I'm doing really good on it. I weighed Monday and it was 269 and today was 264.5 I know alot of it was water weigh and maybe I did lose 1 lb but at least it is coming off. I am leaving for work early today so I'll have enough time to get a workout in. I also realize that I will have to workout on Monday's just to get my 3 days in or I'm lost.
