Hamburger Steak Dinner with baked potato including sour cream and butter, 2 pieces of buttered toast and some steak sauce. let me tell you this was really good.

I'm not sure how much water I got in yesterday but it was a very good amount.

protein and calories are great for today. I did not realize that the Scramblers had 600 calories in it for the sausage and 300 for the bacon until I looked it up on Krystals web site. I had also forgot about the slim jims, pepperoni, luncheon meat adds a lot of sodium to your diet. And, when you eat a lot of sodium, you retain water...duh I needed a memory jog. It's so easy to grab a slim jim when you go to Wal Mart for a snack instead of eating McDonald's so I have to stop it.

Bad day eating. I am so sick of seeing the scales go from 263 to 267.
My stomach is still feels bloated I need to drink more water. My daughter gave me some pinto beans today and their going in the garbage tomorrow because I'm not eating them.

Changing

I have been doing better with eating. I am posting my food journal on 3 different sites, Thank God for copy and paste, and will start posting on here too but in the mean time you can go to Leigh's House of Crafts , one of the links posted on the side, to look at my journal.

I want to lose about 40 lbs before the baby gets here ,that will give me a little under 8 months and I believe I can do it. I want a reachable goal and I think 40 lbs is a good one.

I am going to get off here and fix something to eat (I'm at work) and read some on the J.D Robb (Nora Roberts) book that I borrow from the Library Naked in Death. When I first started reading it I didn't think I would like it because the year of 2050, I think. I found out that I like the book and I plan on reading the rest of the series.
